We offer our services for straight teeth girth gears with diameter between 3m and 16m, module between 16 and 50 & teeth width between 150mm et 800mm.
Recutting process using our specific cutting machines makes geometry and accuracy as good as necessary to guaranty 85% to 100% contact for width and 60% to 70% contact for profile.
We are frequently requested for visiting sites to perform periodic technical inspections for girth gears (runouts, vibrations, contacts, temperatures etc…)
Before any recutting operation we do technical inspection of the gearing including gear geometry and compete tooth geometry.
We do periodically gear & pinion teeth non destructif tests (MT & UT), in order to check that the teeth area is free of any crack ; especially before planned recutting operation.
In case of cracks detection, we are able to make the repairs and machining operation either.
